The “Request access” form on this site collects data so we can respond to your request and onboard you to Astralics by hand. This page explains what we collect, why, how long we keep it and how to have it deleted.
Who processes the data
The operator is the Astralics team. For any question about processing or deletion, message us on Telegram: @astralic_bot.
What we collect and why
- Request details — your name and a contact handle: Telegram, Instagram or email. Both fields are required; the form has no other fields. Used to contact you and discuss access.
- Technical data — an anonymised IP address (the last octet is zeroed, the exact address is never stored) and the page language. Used to protect the form from spam.
- Analytics cookies (PostHog, EU-hosted) — set when you open the site. Cookies and localStorage entries named ph_* hold an anonymous visitor identifier, used to count traffic, returning visits and the path through the page, plus an anonymised map of clicks and scrolling — the coordinates of taps, not the content of the page or anything you type into the form. No visitor profile is created and no session recording takes place.
- Advertising cookies (Meta Pixel, cookies _fbp and _fbc — the latter appears when you arrive via an ad link) — also set when you open the site. They let us measure how our ads perform; the recipient of the data is Meta.
- How to opt out — the “Cookies” link at the bottom of the home page. Collection stops immediately, the ph_*, _fbp and _fbc cookies are deleted, and on later visits neither analytics nor the pixel start up.
The legal basis for handling your request is your enquiry to us and our legitimate interest in answering it. Request details reach us in a Telegram notification and are duplicated by e-mail via Resend (an e-mail provider, EU-hosted / Ireland) that only delivers them; we do not share or sell them to anyone else.
How long we keep it
We keep request details while we are in touch about access, and delete them at your request or once they are no longer needed. Analytics data is stored in aggregated, anonymised form; cookies stay on your device until you opt out or until they expire per PostHog’s and Meta’s own terms.
How to delete your data
Message us on Telegram @astralic_bot — we will delete your request details. Cookies can be turned off via the “Cookies” link at the bottom of the home page.
